Exploration

Alexand Oil has a growing inventory of material oil discoveries on the Stabroek Block, offshore Guyana, a prolific world-class oil play. We are also pursuing a play extension of Guyana discoveries offshore Suriname.

 

Onshore Operations

Alexand Oil has earned a reputation for top-quartile performance in unconventional oil and gas production in the U.S. We have a premier acreage position in a key U.S. shale play — the North Dakota Bakken shale play with a robust inventory of high return drilling locations in the core of the play.  We have a proven track record of applying Lean manufacturing techniques to drive down costs and increase well productivity and efficiency.

 

Offshore Operations

Hess is one of the largest producers in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico and a key natural gas producer and supplier to Peninsular Malaysia and Thailand. We have proven deepwater drilling and project delivery capabilities and have been selected as operator by Malaysian national oil company and Gulf of Mexico co-venture owners. We also have offshore assets in Guyana and the Danish North Sea.
